The technological canopy for an international school in Rome arose from the need to accommodate new sports fields, with the aim of introducing a light element capable of interacting both with the built environment of the school complex and with the sinuous hills of the surrounding park. Constructed using dry-laid structures, the roof is a translucent element that encourages and accommodates play while maintaining a constant relationship with the outside world. The project enhances the continuity between the built space and the landscape, creating an environment where activities, light, and nature coexist harmoniously.

The building on Via Orazio in Milan stands where the Church of San Pietro in Caminadella once stood, which was later demolished to make way for this complex building that defines an urban hub near Via Lanzone. The building dates back to the early 20th century. The conservative restoration project involved extensive work on the decorative cement, carried out using micro-air abrasion. The missing parts were repaired with a calibrated cement paste to restore the color and grain size of the period. Particular attention was also paid to the faux giant columns in hammered plaster, which were restored to their original appearance. A bright white color was used for the plastered backgrounds, reminiscent of the Milanese tradition prior to the subsequent spread of yellow.

Within a historic rural farmhouse once dedicated to milking, a new olive mill is born — a place where the memory of the past meets the most advanced cold-extraction technology. The project reinterprets the existing rural spaces, transforming them into a contemporary productive environment where architecture, nature, and conviviality come together. At the heart of the mill are the horizontal extraction machines, visible and in constant dialogue with the area dedicated to tasting and social interaction. The transparency between spaces allows visitors to follow the production process — from the harvesting of the olives to their pressing, and finally to the tasting of the finished oil. Designed to be lived in throughout the year, the mill is conceived as an open and dynamic space, capable of hosting moments of work, gathering, and discovery. Natural light, authentic materials, and attention to detail narrate the continuity between past and future, between the site’s original agricultural function and its new vocation as an experiential and sustainable place.

The project involved the demolition of an office building and the construction of a new energy-efficient residential complex. The building comprises 32 apartments of various sizes (from 3 to 10 rooms), spread over 6 floors above ground covering approximately 3,500 square metres, as well as 3 basement floors for garages and cellars. The steep terrain made it necessary to construct deep plinth foundations up to 22 metres deep. The architectural concept is inspired by a ship towering over the valley: while respecting the site constraints, the cantilevered terraces create variable and dynamic views. The project, with a total budget of €11 million, was managed by the firm—from the administrative process to the preliminary, final, and executive design phases, through to construction management.

Designed in 1889 by architect Pompeo Passerini, the Palazzo Avogadro e Martel stands as one of the most significant examples of eclectic Roman architecture of the late nineteenth century. The façade, set on a travertine base, is distinguished by stucco window frames and by the crowning fourth floor, enriched with decorative panels featuring putti. The building’s design was part of the broader development of Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, one of the main post-Unification urban projects aimed at redefining the image of the new capital. The conservation restoration project made it possible to recover the original finishes through stratigraphic investigations and material analyses, revealing the faux travertine treatments on the stuccoes and enhancing, through a carefully balanced color palette, the decorative panels with putti crowning the façade. The chromatic and material choices were defined in collaboration with the SSABAP, with the goal of restoring the building’s authentic appearance and its original decorative richness.

Located along Viale Parioli, the Hotel Cube Parioli stands out in the Roman context for its modern architectural language and strong geometric identity. The interior design concept draws inspiration from the building’s square form and material palette, particularly the distinctive cantilevered bow windows, key elements that frame both the urban landscape and the greenery of Viale Parioli. The rooms are conceived as inhabitable paintings: the beds are set against the large bow windows, which have been transformed into elegant lounges clad in a contemporary tatami finish—spaces designed for relaxation and contemplation. The textiles—curtains, bed bases, and sofas—recall the warm tones of the brick façade, offsetting the neutral palette of the walls and floors. All furnishings are custom-designed: ribbed ebony, dark metal, and basalt alternate with precision in bedside tables, wardrobes, desks, and washbasins. The summer terrace on the third floor, paved in raw-effect concrete, reflects the building’s structural character. Red metal seating picks up the warm tones of the rooms, while climbing plants and planters transform the terrace into a natural extension of the tree-lined
avenue below.
