The project for a seaside villa involves the demolition of the pre-existing villa and the development of a new building with the same volume characterized by a linear main body, almost entirely developed on the ground floor with a Mediterranean garden on the flat roof. On the upper floor, two volumes emerge at the ends of the building, which act as “heads” of the building and define a renewed architectural expression facing the sea.

Il progetto per una villa al mare prevede la demolizione della preesistente villa e lo sviluppo di un nuovo edificio con la stessa volumetria caratterizzato da un corpo principale lineare, quasi interamente sviluppato al piano terra con un giardino mediterraneo sul tetto piano. Al piano superiore emergono due volumi alle estremità del corpo di fabbrica, che fungono da “teste” dell’edificio e definiscono una rinnovata espressione architettonica rivolta verso il mare.
