The project for a seaside villa involves the demolition of the pre-existing villa and the development of a new building with the same volume characterized by a linear main body, almost entirely developed on the ground floor with a Mediterranean garden on the flat roof. On the upper floor, two volumes emerge at the ends of the building, which act as “heads” of the building and define a renewed architectural expression facing the sea.
